Garlock Hand Swing-Arm Hoist (400-lb.load)

The Garlock Hand Swing-Arm Hoist can handle loads up to 400 lbs., and offers outriggers for better load stabilization. 

A left-or-right swinging boom allows for easy hoisting and placement of equipment and material directly onto the roof deck, and a locking center position keeps the swing arm properly aligned when lifting a load, or when not in use. 

The counter-balance system is priced separately and includes a tray and 5 cans weighing 80 lbs. each when filled with concrete.
