Leister VARIMAT V2

Capable of reaching speeds of 39.3 ft/min., the Leister VARIMAT V2 is the fastest automatic hot-air welder of thermoplastic roofing membranes, including PVC, TPO, ECB, EPDM, CSPE and basis weld seams.

VARIMAT V2 features include:

• Slim-line design for welding in gaps as narrow as 4.3 in.
• Maintenance-free blower, no carbon brushes to replace
• User-friendly digital display that includes preset and configurable welding profiles for heat, speed and air volume
• Closed-loop system for continuous temperature monitoring
• Patented pendulum pressure roller applies pressure to the heated seam
• Drive motor strong enough to weld up to 30° slopes
